Terms & Conditions apply to how the Gift Card can be redeemed. The Gift Card can be applied to single-item pickups,
Half or Full-Loads for Junk Removal or for Moving Labor Services Only.
Gift card total will be applied to the balance due for both Junk Removal or Moving Labor Services
If in any circumstance that the Gift Card does not cover the full amount of the pickup/job the remaining balance of the total is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to servicing.

If a deposit is required prior to service we require our customer to be aware that services may be delayed to allow time for the deposit to clear our Credit Processor and funds are made available. When a deposit is taken for a service or services it is refundable before service is rendered but upon arrival; from that point on the deposit taken is no longer refundable and the job or services started or performed will be completed. If for any reason a deadline was agreed upon and something out of the business or the customer's control occurs (ie: Natural Disaster, Rain, delayed processing, etc..) We are then granted or allotted an extra day or additional time on said day to perform said services or customer has the choice to reschedule us to come back at a later date or time (OR) Customer can request a refund of said deposit minus: Time, Labor, Material cost(s), Rentals, etc. for which the deposit was deemed required.
Truck Deposit's: The deposit for a truck is $250 and $250 per each additional truck required or requested for said services. Total for services rendered will include the $250 already made for the deposit plus(+) any time, labor, etc. performed. - IE: Truck ($250)+Labor ($170)+ Mileage (20 Miles=$16)= $436
J & J Removal Services, LLC. (Company), reserves the right to cancel a move at any time for cause. If Company cancels a move, any monies paid to Company for the move will be refunded to the customer in the form of which it was collected.
Recycling with J & J Removal Services, LLC is an optional service we offer.
Continued and dedicated service is available and we do have the option to provide you with a recycling container which does involve a Refundable deposit ranging from $45-$150 depending on size of receptacle wanted at said location(s).
All participants in this program are aware of the Refundable Deposit that is required in advance to getting their receptacle. Deposits are refunded and are processed after the 90th consecutive day of recycling to the customer in the form of a check that is mailed to the mailing address on file.
Recycling pickup will be arranged with customer in person when dropping off the recycling receptacle or via over the phone so it is to not interfere with Trash Truck Service.

The information and payments you submit to us by using the e-form's on this site is for internal use only and is encrypted via https service via Godaddy SSL encryption. We will never sell your name, e-mail address, contact information or any other information collected to any outside entities.
Services rendered will have a $40.00/Direct Calling or a $45.00/Movinghelp.com Service Fee added to the total costs of the move or selected service. All costs to Residential and Commercial customers are set-fourth in writing to protect customer and business interests. Customer must agree and sign our moving services agreement contract before we start moving anything in or out of the Home, Office, Commercial location or Moving Truck.
Single item removal for $25 is limited to one ( 1 ) item only.
Single item can not be of massive size or weight. Item must be able to be moved by a single person and must be accessible enough to get out of a home, garage, storage unit, etc. without incident.

Move cancellations received within 24 hours of scheduled time of move will be eligible for a full refund of any monies paid to Company for the move.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will be eligible for a refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee for Labor Only Request’s and a $100 Cancellation Fee for Labor & Truck Request’s - plus supplies costs (If applicable).
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, text or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline (24 Hour Notice).
* All refund requests must be made by the customer or credit/debit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the customer and address of move.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for payment or a check will be issued for cash payments received.
Note: Refunds on credit/debit transactions may take up to 3-5 business days to be credited back to the cardholders account.

Container rentals ordered on our site are outsourced to select company(s) that we have decided to work alongside. If for any reason, you have an issue with your container or with the delivering company please let us know. Our mission is to give our customers the best customer experience possible.
Container rental periods can range from 3 to 14 day rental periods or can be arranged differently based on your needs. Please notify us of how long you will need the container at the time of booking so we can make these arrangement's.
Payment for these containers can be made via Phone by calling us at (405) 212-8593 or by going to the Payment/Deposit Screen and filling in the information there.
Per day overages exceeding the agreed upon rental term is $18/day and Weight overage is $45/ton over the allotted weight set forth below:
If for any reason there is a discrepancy in rental terms, our outsourced company's TOS supercedes our TOS.
